<span class="heading"> ABOUT VCOM</span><hr> <br/> <center><b><a href="http://www.vcomonline.org">Visit VCOM</a></b></center> <br/> Before <B>VCOM</B>, there was no organization that actively addressed all Virginia motorcyclists' concerns when adverse legislation or other problems confronted the motorcycling public. <br><br> <B>VCOM</B> is an organization whose members are citizens concerned about legislation that has occurred around the country, causing a negative impact on individuals who choose to ride motorcycles. <br><br> <B>VCOM</B> is an organization that has a mission to solicit support on a state and local level that will promote and defend motorcyclists' rights. <br><br> <B>VCOM</B> sees as a part of its objective and obligation- to keep it's members politically informed. Information allows each member the opportunity to express their sentiments to their local representatives when important issues arise. <br><br> <B>WHY SHOULD YOU SUPPORT VCOM?</B> <br><br> Every rider in Virginia is effected when laws are past which restrict motorcyclists' rights. By supporting VCOM, riders demonstrate that they are aware, interested and concerned about their representative's voting pattern on issues that impact motorcyclists.
